George Holt was the 2007 Saddle Maker of the Year, so you know that this is a quality saddle. It has a 16" seat, raw hide covered tree, 3/4" rigging, 5" cantle, 31/2" by 31/2" post horn, 3" Monel stirrups, sterling silver cantle plate and conchos. Just try to find a hand-made saddle for the price that this saddle is priced at. It has been used just long enough to make the leather soft and form-fitting. Minor repair on one of the bucking rolls, but no other damage. The stirrups are already pre-twisted so that you don't have to go fumbling for your stirrup. This saddle will fit you like a glove and you could ride all day and not get sore. Go ahead and price a new saddle from George and remember you will have to wait a couple of years to get one brand new.
